Micro-Curvature Solar Mirror
Micro curvature solar mirror: Also so-called primary reflector, is mainly applied to Linear Fresnel technology or micro-heliostat design for tower power technology. By means of bending and tempering processing, to shape the flat low-iron float glass into certain curvature, then to be processed with similar coating layers as regular solar mirrors, and finally become the solar mirror with certain curvature and focus length. It doesn't require the client to adjust the radiation or shape in the mirror field assembly process, which is not only able to achieve better concentrating accuracy and solar radiation intensity, but also greatly to improve the solar field installation efficiency.
This micro-curvature solar mirror, is mainly used to replace mechanical-shaping or cold-bending process, with higher accuracy and better consistency. It will greatly improve the efficiency of mirror filed installation and save the related costs.
