This line is equipped with the most advanced shape accuracy inspection system from CSP SERVICES in Germany, and optical reflectance device LAMBDA1050, ensuring each of parabolic trough mirror with excellent concentrating ratio and reflectivity.
MODA parabolic trough mirror, uses ultra low-iron float glass with extremely high transmittance as its substrate, firstly processed going through the professional furnace to be bended into parabolic trough shape,synchronously to be fully-tempered. Thus it can ensure the parabolic shape accuracy and quality consistency. This tempered mirror glass can provide the much higher mechanical strength and rigidness than regular only-bending solar mirror.
Then this tempered shape-formed ultra-glass ,by using of our reliable chemically-depostion coating technique, to be processed through our tailored mirror production line, successively coated with silver reflecting layer, copper layer, and 3 different protective paint layers including base,intermediate and top layers,finally to be achieved its excellent concentrating ratio, with the highest solar reflectivity and strongest durability.
Our parabolic trough solar mirror has been widely used in various of harsh environments, such as desert, Gobi, costal area, heavily-polluted industrial area, extreme chilly and dried, high humidity and temperature conditions. It has been commercially verified and approved.
